2023 Tax Forms
Everyone who is donating to the Private School Tax Credit Program needs to fill out Form 301.
If you donate $1,245 or less, you need to fill out Form 301 AND Form 323.
If you donate the MAXIMUM amount or anything over $1,245, you will need to
fill out Forms 301, 323, AND 348.
