APESF distributes scholarships on a monthly basis. Once our Scholarship Committee approves a distribution, the schools must verify enrollment & tuition due. Once funding is sent to the schools, you will receive an email notification detailing the award type and amount. Parent email notifications are always sent on the last day of the month to selected families only.

A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor's recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependent.
