Complete a Donation Pledge Form. Please note that in order to receive the tax credit, the donation amount must be less than or equal to the amount you will pay to the state of Arizona.
APESF will submit your application for approval to the Arizona Department of Revenue and will contact you with the response.
Following an approval, your company has 20 calendar days to make its donation to APESF. (If the donation is not received in 20 days by APESF, the contribution approval will be canceled, and the process will start over again.)
Once we receive your donation, your company can take the dollar-for-dollar credit on its next tax return, or can carry the credit forward for five years.

A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor's recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependent.
