…A Partnership that Makes a Real Difference

We are committed to partnering with you to provide the tools and resources needed to ensure that families can sustain their children’s private education at your school.

We are proud to serve private schools of all sizes and missions statewide and appreciate your partnership with us to advance and preserve school choice.

Why partner with APESF?

  • APESF was one of the original STOs to organize and develop its program in 1997.
  • We have worked diligently for over 20 years to meet the changing needs of private schools and the families they serve.
  • We have grown consistently and are an industry leader in providing meaningful solutions, automation and marketing strategies to help schools and families maximize the opportunities afforded through the tuition tax credit program.
  • We provide monthly distributions of scholarship support and enhanced communication with our families, schools and supporters.
  • We desire a personal relationship with each of our school contacts and work closely with you to serve your families.

Some partner schools have been with us since APESF’s inception, and some have recently found that we're a great fit for their families. We are always interested in hearing from schools that would like to partner with us – apply at any time! Please note, however, that we only add schools to our partner list during the summer and winter breaks, so applying right before those times is best.

A.R.S. § 43-1089 requirements for a qualified private school:

  • The school is a preschool that offers services to students with disabilities and/or a nongovernmental primary or secondary school that is located in Arizona and that does not discriminate based on race, color, disability, familial status or national origin.
  • The school charges tuition for all students (notwithstanding any types of scholarships or discounts it may offer).
  • The school is not a charter school or a program operated by a charter school. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party correspondence programs that provide classes, grades, credits, promotions, etc.
  • The school requires that all teaching staff and personnel that have unsupervised contact with students be fingerprinted.
