By donating to this organization I/We the Taxpayer(s)/Donor(s) state(s) that I/We understand the following:

  • Arizona law allows single taxpayers or heads of households an annual credit of up to $500. For married taxpayers who file a joint return, the credit is up to $1000.
  • No less than 90% of re-directed state of Arizona income tax dollars received by APESF will be awarded for tuition scholarships for Kindergarten through 12th grade students attending qualified private schools in the State of Arizona. Tuition scholarships/grants will be awarded without regard to the student's race, color, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
  • My/Our donation is pursuant to A.R.S. Section 43-1089.
  • A tax credit donation made to APESF online must be submitted by midnight on December 31 of each calendar year to receive a tax credit for the current tax year.
